Three members of staff at York EMC Services have been awarded iNARTE Certified EMC Engineer status.

iNARTE, the International Association for Radio, Telecommunication and Electromagnetics, provides a unique and stringent grade of certification to demonstrate that an engineer has achieved a high level of expertise in their field of engineering.

York EMC Services (YES) is in the vanguard of companies in the UK who have recognised the benefits of iNARTE certification for its engineers and technicians.

Now the first three of these to attempt the exam have all passed with flying colours and have been awarded iNARTE Certified EMC Engineer status.

Tad Konefal, Mark Tyndall and Dave Welsh are all members of YES' Consultancy team and assist clients with advice on regulatory requirements; generation of EMC management plans, technical documentation and EMC assurance documents; hazard identification and mitigation plans; and Notified Body assessments under the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.

York EMC Services is working with iNARTE to promote EMC certification in Europe and is an approved training centre, providing a wide range of specialist and general EMC courses as well as a specific iNARTE exam preparation tutorial.

As an authorised testing centre, YES also hosts the iNARTE exams and can assist delegates with advice on achieving certification.
