16 June 2009 - National Instruments has announced that Dr David Barrett will deliver the closing keynote address at NIWeek 2009.

Dr Barrett is director of the Senior Consulting Program for Engineering (SCOPE) and associate professor of mechanical engineering at Olin College.

The NIWeek 2009 graphical system design conference and exhibition is scheduled for 4-6 Aug in Austin, Texas.

Dr Barrett will share his insights on how robotics in industry and engineering education is poised to revolutionise the way people interact with technology in their daily lives.

11 May 2009 - National Instruments has announced the 15 recipients of the company's 2009 Global Supplier Awards.

The annual awards were presented to suppliers that, through their commitment to excellence, continuous improvement and innovative practices, delivered world-class performance within the global supply chain.

Bare Board Group, a supplier of printed circuit boards to National Instruments, is the recipient of the 2009 Supplier of the Year award.
