Start with the news release Kenton launches LIU202A broadband line isolator from Kenton Research, which we summarised at the time by saying "Kenton Research has launched the LIU202A broadband line isolator, which provides 15KV RMS of galvanic isolation on transmission lines with DSL/broadband services and active equipment.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Power switches suit harsh automotive applications from International Rectifier: "International Rectifier has launched the AUIPS712R and AUIPS7141R 65V high-side intelligent power switches (IPS) with accurate current sensing and built-in protection circuits.".
In December 2009, we covered the news from California Micro Devices - take a look at ESD protection devices have low dynamic resistance which says: "California Micro Devices has launched the CM1242-33CP, the first in a family of small outline electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection devices.".
