The nRF905-CB1 is a complete 868-915MHz radio subsystem based on the Nordic nRF905 radio transceiver chip.

The debut product from Polygon Techologies is the nRF905-CB1, a complete 868-915MHz radio subsystem based on the Nordic nRF905 radio transceiver chip.

The module is very small (17.8 x 19mm), and fits on a standard 14-pin 0.1in-pitch footprint like an IC package.

The module contains all circutry needed to operate the nRF905, and only the digital interface pins are brought out on the 100mil headers.

The nRF905 chip takes care of a lot of functionality that is normally implemented in the host system.

The designer can use this part as a drop-in subsystem component, and never has to care about things like impedance matching or soldering fine pitch devices.
