Mini-ITX ESB family provides a portfolio choice for any application in the medical equipment, digital signage, kiosk, network device, semiconductor equipment and automation control markets.

In response to market demand for a simplified embedded system board (ESB) that combines greater computing power, a smaller footprint, and lower power consumption with increased product longevity, American Portwell Technology has developed the WADE-8056/8066/8156/8556/8656 series, a family of Intel Core 2 Duo/Core 2 Quad processor-based Mini-ITX embedded systems boards.

The WADE-8056/8066/8156/8556/8656 Mini-ITX ESB family is built with the Intel Q965 GMCH and GME965 chipsets, and operates with latest Intel's multicore processors such as Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, and is also backward compatible with the Pentium 4/Celeron D /Celeron F processors.

The Mini-ITX ESB family provides a portfolio choice for any application in the medical equipment, digital signage, kiosk, network device, semiconductor equipment and automation control markets.

The WADE-8056/8066/8156/8556/8656 family embraces a range of processors; selections of single or dual display interfaces; a variety of LAN ports, expansion capabilities and peripherals; and cost savings made possible by its greater computing power, lower energy consumption and product longevity.

Each member of the WADE-8056/8066/8156/8556/8656 family features a compact 170 x 170mm form factor that weighs a mere 0.43kg.
