NDK has released a series of 2.0 x 1.6mm SAW filters that go from unbalanced to balanced operation for mobile phone applications.

NDK has released a series of 2.0 x 1.6mm SAW filters that go from unbalanced to balanced operation for mobile phone applications.

The WF752C1960PD is for PCS 1900 applications with a nominal frequency of 1960MHz.

The WF753C0881PD is for GSM850 applications with a nominal frequency of 881.5MHz.

The WF755C0942PD is for EGSM900 applications with a nominal frequency of 942.5MHz.

The WF754C1842PD is for DCS1800 applications with a nominal frequency of 1842.5MHz.

Typical insertion losses are 2.3, 1.9, 2.3 and 2.2dB, respectively, and typical amplitude ripple is 0.7, 0.7, 0.9, and 0.9dB, respectively.

These SMD devices are in a miniature 2.0 x 1.6mm plastic package and are only 0.6mm high.

They operate in a temperature range of -30 to +85C.

Their input impedance is nominally 50ohm (unbalanced) with an output impedance of 150ohm (balanced).

These SAW filters are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and designed to withstand the requirements of reflow soldering using lead-free solder.

Delivery for these SAW filters is 12 weeks.
