The SFS2400C-LF is a single-frequency synthesiser that operates at 2400MHz and is RoHS compliant.

It features a typical phase noise of -109dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70dBc.

The SFS2400C-LF delivers a typical output power of 6dBm with a VCO voltage supply of 5V DC while drawing 30mA (typical) and a phase locked loop voltage of 3V DC while drawing 11mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40 to 85C.

This fixed-frequency synthesiser features typical second harmonic suppression of -10dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard PLL-V12C package, which measures 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.22in (15.24 x 15.24 x 5.6mm).

It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.

The SFS2400C-LF is also ideal for automated surface-mount assembly and reflow.

It is well suited for satellite communication and fixed wireless applications that require low phase noise performance.
