Ecopac Power has introduced the new Mean Well PLC-45 series to complement the existing range of PLC-30/60/100 LED power supply series.

The covers of the PLC series have two small holes with rubber stoppers, enabling users to adjust the output current or voltage without removing the covers.

The output-current level of the PLC-45 series can be adjusted to between 75 and 100 per cent of rated value, and the output voltage can also be adjusted to between 85 and 100 per cent of rated value.

The Mean Well PLC-45 series is also a limited power source complying with UL 1310 class 2 - so under any situation the output power will always be less than 100VA or 5A.

The efficiency of the PLC-45 series is up to 87.5 per cent and it can operate at -30-50deg free air convection.

With active PFC function, the PLC-45 series complies with the regulations for harmonic current of lighting equipment - EN61000-3-2 Class C for 75 per cent of output load or higher.

Worldwide safety certificates are as follows: UL, CUL, TUV and CE, including EN61347-2-13, UL1310 Class 2 and UL879 for LED lighting/signboard-related installations.
