Lemo's 0B series of connectors allow 105 socket references to be assembled using a range of standard components based on three keyways, five shell styles and seven contact-configuration options.

Customers can also choose between solder, crimp and PCB contact types.

The new socket assembly service means that less common part numbers do not have to be the subject of special customer stock agreements and can be assembled quickly to suit demand.

There are several additional standard housings and key options that take the total number of socket references within the 0B series that can be assembled from stock components to 427.

Adding in all the corresponding plugs within the 0B series and the different sizes within the B Series provides several thousand options.

Different keying-connector options increase security against cross-mating and additional options are readily available.

All connectors are fully structured on the Lemo system, with specific bills of materials for each part number.

Lot-number traceability is applied to all components and finished goods, enabling full tracking back through the manufacturing process to the raw material.
