ITT Interconnect Solutions has developed a five-pin connector that is rugged enough to handle the abuse of set-up and tear down of portable power systems and distribution boxes.

These include systems typically used in large halls hosting trade shows or conventions.

ITT Interconnect Solutions redesigned the Veam GRH series five-pole, 100A connector for portable power systems, adding improved rubber-covered coupling nuts for better grip and durability.

By using composite backshells the connector offers weight savings and a streamlined profile while maintaining high durability and performance.

The redesigned Veam GRH delivers a cost-effective, lightweight connector with the robustness and performance associated with connectors operating in hostile environments.

The use of safe finger-protected set-screw-termination-style contacts ensure operator safety and enable easy wire installation and field repair.

Other features include high shock and vibration resistance, quarter-turn coupling, UL recognition, 100A continuous rating, and machined aluminium shells with black hard-anodised finish.
