The PCM-9577 is a powerful high-specification single board computer ideal for use as a mini-server or gateway device.

The PCM-9577 from Advantech is a powerful, high specification single board computer ideal for use as a mini-server or gateway device.

The 5.25in small-form-factor design includes a socket 370 that is able to support up to an Intel Celeron, Pentium III or 512K (Tualatin) 1.26GHz processor.

The inclusion of Gigabit Ethernet and four USB 2.0 ports further increases the range of applications for which PCM-9577 can be used.

The PCM-9577 supports 3D audio and complies with the AC97 standard.

DVD play is also supported through a 4X AGP VGA/LCD controller making it a true multimedia SBC.

Optional TV-out supports NTSC and Pal formats through composite and S-Video connectors.

The product has numerous other onboard features including a PCI slot, PC/104, optional mini PCI socket for WLAN applications, an LPT, UDMA/100 IDE and IrDA.

24/36bit TFT/DSTN LCD, two channel LVDS and CompactFlash cards are also supported.

The PCM-9577 has four serial ports: three RS232s and one RS232/422/485.

The board has an operating temperature range of 0 to +60C and requires either a +5 or +12V supply.
