Frequency tolerance at 25C is available in four bands of +/-5, +/-10, +/-20 or +/-30ppm.
Similarly, temperature stability characteristics encompass four ranges of +/-5, +/-10 or +/-30ppm over the range -20 to +70C and +/-3ppm over the temperature range -30 to +85C.
Specifications include shunt capacitance of 2 to 4pF typical, 5pF maximum, load capacitance from 10 to 32pF or series, drive level of 10W maximum and ageing at 25C of less than +/-2ppm maximum per year.
Maximum equivalent series resistor (ESR) specifications for AT fundamental crystals are 80ohm from 12 to 16MHz and 40ohm from 16.1 to 50MHz.
ESR for AT-3rd overtone versions is 70ohm from 40 to 67MHz and 90ohm from 67.1 to 100MHz.
MF series crystals are supplied on tape and reel (2000 pieces per reel) or in bulk packs.
The crystals are suitable for reflow soldering - 10s maximum at 260C (two times) or 180s at 230C (once).
Storage temperature is from -40 to +85C.
