We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "FPGA devices", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.
Start with the news release Optical interfaces boast top bandwidth from Xilinx, which we summarised at the time by saying "FPGA-based designs accelerate the design cycle of wired networking systems that require OC-192 (10Gbit/s), multiple OC-48 (2.5Gbit/s) or 10Gbit/s Ethernet interfaces". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release IP core cuts signal processing down to size from RF Engines: "Core provides subset of Cordic algorithm and uses a proprietary technique to more efficiently exploit the appropriate FPGA resources".
In November 2007, we covered the news from Synplicity concerning its Synplify DSP software - take a look at Software supports FPGA devices which says: "Synplicity's Synplify DSP software now supports the LatticeECP2MO and LatticeXP2O field programmable gate array (FPGA) devices".
Take a look also at the news release from Altium, Software has designs on high-performance FPGAs, as well as Cortex core runs on power-efficient FPGAs from Actel Europe, and Software aids real-time debugging from Tektronix.
