NBS introduces flying probe test capabilities

NBS has announced the acquisition and installation of a SPEA high-speed flying probe test system at its manufacturing facility in Santa Clara, California.

The addition of the SPEA Model 4040 is said to extend the company's capabilities across the entire range of test and verification technologies.

NBS employs a comprehensive test strategy - a highly integrated part of its manufacturing system, which accommodates NPI and volume assembly side by side.

Test capabilities at the firm include advanced AOI, automatic 2D and 3D X-ray, ICT, FCT, BIT and flying probe technologies.

It also offers test program development, boundary scan development and test, fixture design and manufacturing and a range of diagnostic and rework test services.
