Schmitt Trigger for extreme temperature systems
Cissoid has unveiled a Schmitt Trigger product for use in extreme temperature systems such as sensor interfaces and signal processing in industrial, aeronautics, automotive and oil and gas markets.
The new Quad 2-Input NAND Schmitt Trigger product is guaranteed for operation from -55C up to +225C.
The Schmitt Trigger CHT-74132 is suitable for system engineers looking for debouncing and maximum noise immunity in extreme temperature systems.
The CHT-74132 complements the Cissoid Galaxy range of logic components for electronics systems requiring reliable operation at high temperature.
The device can work in a 3.3-5V power supply over the complete temperature range, with CMOS-compatible levels for both input and output.
At +225C, it offers a typical hysteresis of 1V or 0.7V respectively for power supplies of 5V and 3.3V.
The product is pin-to-pin compatible with standard 74 logic components.
As with all Cissoid products from the Galaxy range of logic gates, the CHT-74132 Schmitt Trigger keeps high-speed performance and low leakage current across the whole temperature range.
It is totally latch-up free.
The CHT-74132 is available in Ceramic CDIL14 and CSOIC16 packages for sampling and evaluation.
Pricing starts at EUR105.45 (GBP88.33) for up to 200 units.
A lower-temperature version is available in a plastic PSOIC16 package and will sustain up to 175C.
Pricing starts at EUR39.29 for up to 1,000 units.
