A new definite reflective laser optic sensor from Keyence ensures stable detection even of targets with various surface conditions.

A new definite reflective laser optic sensor from Keyence ensures stable detection even of targets with various surface conditions.

By using two receivers, one each side of the transmitter, the sensor continually produces stable readings no matter what colour, shape or angle of the target.

The LV-H52 sensor is suitable for use when sensing: shiny or black surfaces; multicoloured targets; and uneven or tilted objects.

Equipped with a high power laser beam spot, the LV-H52 is designed for high reliability.

This latest model from Keyence is the third in the laser optic LV series range.

Other models include the LV-H32, a long distance small beam spot model for focusing on minute targets and the LV-H42, a long distance area detection sensor for detection of targets that vary in position.

The range offers solutions to once considered impossible sensing problems.
