Hitachi's latest 32bit single-chip RISC microcontroller, the SH7047F, features 256Kbyte of on-chip single-power-supply Flash memory and two motor control timers, enabling single-chip control of two motors that previously required two microcontrollers This function, together with a 65MIPS processing performance at 50MHz operating frequency, enables high-precision motor control and efficient system control to be achieved with a single chip
