Plastic fastener and cable accessories supplier Heyco has launched a brand new interactive website.

The new site allows simple navigation around the complete range of Heyco products and features many functional interactive tools to help save the time of designers, accounts staff and buyers using the site to buy online or research information.

New functions now available on the site include downloadable datasheets on materials, test methods and fact sheets, a downloadable version of the 2005 products catalogue and other support literature, a sample request facility and an engineering units convertor.

The site covers the company's entire product range of more than 10,000 items.

Navigation has been improved and covers categories including: PCB accessories; LED, transistor and bulb accessories; termination and insulation; motion dampers; rivets and panel fasteners; threaded fasteners and nuts; washers, insulators and bearing bushings; cable ties and accessories; strain relief bushings; liquid tight fittings; cable protection, hole banking; caps and plugs; feet; knobs and handles; and security seals.

As well as complete technical information on all Heyco products, including new additions such as the Multigate grommet plate and a range of barrier security seals, the site now includes multiple search facilities allowing selection by product section, photograph, description and part number.

Other special features include downloadable 3D CAD files, shopping basket facility, favourites lists, order and account tracking.

The website also provides a real-time check on prices and stock availability.

Orders can be accepted from anywhere in the world and payment can be made either by credit account or by credit/debit card.
