Start with the news release Kontron releases OM6061 MicroTCA platform from Kontron UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Kontron OM6061 is a carrier-grade 1U MicroTCA platform ideal for an assortment of central office and service-aggregation point applications.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Emerson launches 10Gbps ATCA single-board computer from Emerson Network Power - Embedded Power: "Emerson Network Power has launched the ATCA-7360: a high-performance 10Gbps AdvancedTCA (ATCA) single-board computer (SBC).".
In February 2009, we covered the news from Ultralife Batteries - take a look at RPS extends VRLA battery range which says: "RPS Power Systems, an Ultralife company, has expanded its line of valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries by introducing the LDT12-190FT battery (12V/190Ah front- terminal).".
