An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release HD display controller outputs 60 frames per second from Evatronix, which we summarised at the time by saying "Evatronix has released its latest display controller, a Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI) compliant IP core that supports resolutions of up to 4,096 x 2,160 pixels with 24 bits/pixel colour depth.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Aeroflex develops Spacewire router IP core from Aeroflex: "Aeroflex Gaisler has announced the availability of a Spacewire router IP core, which implements a Spacewire router as defined in the ECSS-E-ST-50-12C standard. ".
In April 2010, we covered the news from Xilinx - take a look at Xilinx releases ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore platform which says: "Xilinx has released architecture for an extensible processing platform that it claims will deliver unrivalled levels of performance, flexibility and integration to developers of embedded systems.".
Take a look also at the news release from Evatronix, Driver improves Nand Flash application development, as well as Tensilica announces customisable processor from Tensilica, and Carbon Model Studio released for Amba Designer from Carbon Design Systems.
