Verotec's instrument case range is optimised for high-end instrumentation applications, but can be used in sectors such as telecommunications, industrial control equipment and storage.

The cases are stackable and are available in anthracite or light grey and have clean, uncluttered lines, with no visible fixings.

Available as standard in 1, 2 and 3U heights, 10.5 and 19in widths and depths of 260, 300 and 400mm, Verotec's modular design also allows for the production of custom sizes.

A tower version is optimised for mounting 5.25in form factor disc drives, tape streamers and DVD drives.

For use in industrial environments, the units can also be sealed to IP55 by the addition of gaskets to the top and bottom covers and rubber gaskets to the corner joints.

Ventilated side, bottom and rear panels can be specified; the size and pattern of the ventilation apertures have been chosen to allow maximum airflow in convection and forced cooled systems.

A retrofit EMC upgrade kit, consisting of tinned copper fingers and EMC front and rear panels, increases attenuation to 50dB at 100MHz.

A full range of dedicated accessories completes the new range.

Transparent, lockable front doors, side carry handles, chassis trays, rear cable tidies and inner frames to accept Eurocards are available in sizes to suit all models in the range.
