American Industrial Systems (AIS) has introduced an industrial operator interface touch-screen display line for building automation, factory automation and process control applications.

The human-machine-interface (HMI) touch-screen displays feature fully industrial LCD panels with bright TFT displays that can be connected to standard industrial PCs.

The displays are available in several mechanical configurations, providing several mounting options including open frame, rack mount, chassis and panel mount.

AIS utilises industrial-grade displays for high performance, reliability in industrial conditions and a long product lifecycle.

The displays are predesigned in hundreds of configurations to facilitate drop-in replacements or new deployments.

The AIS operator touch-screen displays are also available in several mechanical designs capable of handling harsh industrial applications.

The displays are designed to withstand high and low temperatures, shock and vibration, wide voltage ranges and weatherproof sealing.

All displays are available with scratch-resistant, anti-reflective glass touch screens, capable of years of use in adverse conditions.

Additional options include sunlight-readable transflective films, privacy films, touch screens, wide voltage range boards, Power over Ethernet (PoE), wide temperature range modules and shock/vibration enhancements.

The operator touch-screen display provides a complete touch-screen solution for industrial automation, building automation, process control and HMI applications.
