Featuring the latest in thick film technology in a versatile TO-247 package, the TEH Series power resistor from Ohmite has a heatsinkable design which is ideal for applications requiring noninductive performance.
The 70W resistors are available in a wide range of resistance values from 2ohm to 10kohm for use in applications including power supply conversion, lighting ballast and motor drive related products.
The P package features a middle terminal that can be used to ground the heatsink.
RoHS compliant, the TEH Series has low thermal resistance, a maximum working voltage of 500V, insulation resistance of 400Mohm and a dielectric strength of 2000V DC.
