Marktech develops custom chip-on-ceramic LEDs

Marktech Optoelectronics is introducing custom chip-on-ceramic LEDs and LED arrays to offer manufacturers and integrators high-efficiency ceramic LED components across a range of colour temperatures.

The chip-on-ceramic LEDs are available in configurations from four to hundreds of chips in series or parallel, as well as series/parallel combinations.

Marktech has also expanded its full service integration and production capabilities.

The company is capable of volume production with a range of chip-on-ceramic and integrated light engines/modules to support the needs of the medical and defence industries.

Marktech can produce custom chip-on-ceramic devices in a wide variety of package styles and wavelengths to create the most suitable module or array for a specific application.
