Freescale Semiconductor has broadened its entry-level 8bit S08 microcontroller (MCU) family with the addition of the MC9S08SH32 (SH32) and S9S08SG32 (SG32) devices The SH32 and SG32 MCUs are designed to help reduce board space, system cost and power consumption, providing the flexibility and functionality that developers need to design a wide array of embedded applications
