The MLX75605 transceiver combines a 650nm light source, a 150Mbit/s driver IC and a 150Mbit/s monolithic receiver IC.
Hot on the heels of the publication of the latest revision to the MOST Specification, Melexis has released details of a single-package 150Mbit/s fibre-optic transceiver for the newly introduced MOST150 physical layer According to Piet De Pauw, Manager of Melexis' Business Unit Optical Data Communication: "With the introduction of these innovative fibre transceivers, we are strengthening Melexis' leading position in optoelectronic ICs for automotive applications"
