Optimised for protecting devices such as base stations and recording and measuring instruments, the systems are rated at up to 125V at currents from 62mA to 7A for Wickmann quick-acting series 424 and 500mA to 5A for time-lag series 425.

The X-QMS systems are RoHS compliant, soldering heat resistance is 26OC for 10s, or 280C for 5s, and are compatible with lead-free reflow soldering processes. The operating temperature range -55 to +125C.

The holder plastic meets UL94V0 and the terminals of the holder are copper alloy, Ni+Sn plated lead free.

The holders and fuses are supplied in 16mm blister tape, with 1500 pieces on a 380mm reel.
