With a range of special features, the HT82K68A microcontroller is designed for multifunction wireless keyboard products and for Windows 2000 multimedia function areas. Features include low-voltage and high-frequency operation, as well as low power consumption and power saving mode. Its bidirectional I/O lines allows for the development of various hotkey functions, making the device an excellent choice for manufacturers of wireless keyboards or Windows 2000 multimedia keyboards.

The HT82K68A has in its core a Holtek 8bit microcontroller which incorporates 3K x 16bit of program memory and 160 x 8bit of RAM, and supplies up to 34 I/O lines.

The HT82K68A has a wide operating voltage range of 2.2-5.5V, with a maximum operating frequency of 20MHz.

It has a halt feature and at an operating voltage of 2.2V the current consumption is only 5uA, making the device perfectly suitable for wireless keyboard applications.

In addition to the advanced features of the new keyboard controller, the device is also offered at a highly competitive price, providing an excellent choice for designers and manufacturers of today's new generation of keyboard products in this increasingly competitive market area.
