Hitachi has added five new members to its Tiny Series of single-chip microcontrollers to meet a wider range of user needs.
Hitachi has added five new members to its Tiny Series of single-chip microcontrollers to meet a wider range of user needs The new H8/3687 series offers enhanced peripheral functions and a higher operating frequency than current models, and are available in Flexible Zero Turn-Around Time (F-ZTAT) versions with on-chip Flash memory
