Heidelberg Instruments has received a repeat order for an advanced MW800 system from Supermask Co of Shenzhen, China.

Heidelberg Instruments has received a repeat order for an advanced MW800 system from Supermask Co of Shenzhen, China.

Established in 1997 and located in the south part of the high-tech industrial park in Shenzhen, Supermask Co is the first and largest specialised manufacturer of high precision large area chrome photomasks by direct laser writing in China.

It is engaged in the research, design and manufacture of all types of large area photomasks.

"Supermask is a leading supplier of large area photomasks in China and we are very pleased that they have chosen our advanced MW800 system for the production of their high end photomasks".

"China is an expanding market and this order solidifies our position as a major supplier of direct write laser lithography systems in the region".
