Everlight collaboration to produce LED packages

Everlight Electronics, TPV and Epistar have established a joint venture to develop and produce LED packages and LED light bars for the LED backlight market.
The three parties will share resources and combine their expertise - Everlight's LED technology knowledge, TPV's display-related expertise as a PC monitor and TV manufacturer, and Epistar's knowledge of LED chip design and manufacturing - to provide components and products for LED backlighting in TFT LCD backlight applications.
The company will be located in Fujian Province, China.
