Benchtop wave soldering
ready for lead free
The new lead-free ATF 20-F wave soldering system extends Contax's lead-free wave soldering solutions from ATF benchtop units to the full inline high-volume Electrovert systems
Aimed at entry-level to mid-range users who require reliable cost-effective soldering, the ATF 20-F is designed to handle both lead-free and leaded solder. It also offers a range of loading options including pallet or finger conveyors, and can handle horizontal PCB loading. The system is built in Germany to a welded steel construction, so offering a cost-effective, reliable solution combined with structural integrity.

The ATF 20-F offers a host of features such as dual wave solder pots, air knife and PCB detector for solder pot operation.
It offers low temperature solder pump protection and closed loop direct drive solder pumps with speed alarm.
Other features include a quick disconnect facility to the solder pumps.
The fluxers also feature a PCB detector and the 20-F offers spray fluxer options for VOC-free fluxes.
Additional facilities include the option of nitrogen inerting, exhaust alarm and cooling fans at the end of the soldering process.
