Adtech unveils microwave packaging
capabilities
AdTech Ceramics' microwave packaging capabilities include hermetic Alumina High Temperature Cofired Ceramic (HTCC) and Aluminum Nitride (AIN) in the X through K band frequency ranges.
AdTech uses 3D Finite Element Method (FEM) simulators and proprietary numerical simulators to design packages with market differentiating performance while maintaining solutions for multilayer ceramic microwave packages This provides electrically reliable, high-density packages that are ideal for medical, military, optoelectronic or any application with requiring attention to frequency, reliability and temperature
