‘Wireless Lan’

An Electronicstalk guide

Start with the news release Wireless module suitable for M2M market segment from Laird Technologies, which we summarised at the time by saying "Laird Technologies has released the LT1110 915MHz wireless module that is said to be suitable for the M2M market segment, particularly sensors and handheld data loggers.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Lightweight, multi-band and concealed PCB antenna from Laird Technologies: "Laird Technologies has released the small Revie Prime internal pentaband printed circuit board (PCB) antenna, suitable for use in wireless applications including meter reading, telemetry and security.".

In January 2011, we covered the news from Saelig - take a look at Saelig launches handheld Bluetooth barcode scanner which says: "Saelig has introduced the CM-500W3 - a handheld 2.4GHz Class I Bluetooth barcode scanner designed for everyday use. ".

Take a look also at the news release from Texas Instruments, CC2567 enables cross-device communication, as well as Kit for wireless power integration in mobile apps from Texas Instruments, and Wireless Ethernet bridge for M2M/industrial market from Laird Technologies.
