An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release Rakon TCXOs feature power management from Rakon, which we summarised at the time by saying "Rakon has developed a range of digitally controlled temperature controlled crystal oscillator that can maximise battery life and minimise the electronic signature of military equipment. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Bliley crystals perform under extreme temperatures from Bliley Technologies: "Bliley's T45 TCXO crystal controlled frequency generator is designed for drilling and exploration in the geothermal energy and petroleum industries, as well as aerospace and military applications.".
In May 2010, we covered the news from NDK - take a look at NDK releases COTS frequency-control modules which says: "NDK's COTS frequency-control modules are ideal for demanding environments such as defence communications, aerospace, down hole and maritime applications. ".
Take a look also at the news release from Euroquartz, Euroquartz delivers TCXOs in five days, as well as Analog upconverter and synchroniser reduce jitter from Analog Devices, and Transmitter/receiver launched by Circuit Design from Circuit Design.
