Start with the news release Low-power network platform for harsh environments from Axiomtek, which we summarised at the time by saying "Axiomtek has announced the NA-320FL, a fanless 1U compact network appliance platform with 6GB LANs that supports the low-power Intel Atom processors D510 1.66GHz with Intel ICH8M PCH chipset.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release HMI touch panel suitable for factory automation from Aaeon: "Aaeon's AHP-1081 is a slim and compact HMI touch panel that is suitable for factory automation, home automation, POS and HMI applications. ".
In November 2010, we covered the news from Aaeon - take a look at Single-board computer suitable for control boxes which says: "Aaeon has launched the EPIC-QM57, an EPIC single-board computer sized at 115 x 165mm to fall between the 3.5in SubCompact board and a Mini-ITX motherboard, suiting it to embedded-system developers.".
