An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release Development platforms added to Future-Blox range from Future Electronics, which we summarised at the time by saying "Future Electronics has launched new products in its Future-Blox range of development platforms, supporting the ProASIC3 and Igloo Flash-based FPGAs from Actel. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Mezzanine card powers telecomms infrastructure from Emerson Network Power Embedded Computing: "The KSI8560 combines high-speed processing, versatile WAN access, integrated system management and a high-bandwidth switched fabric interface.".
In July 2007, we covered the news from Silicon Storage Technology - take a look at Memory technologies come together which says: "NOR, NAND and RAM combine in a single-bus single-package solution that offers a completely managed memory subsystem in a 10 x 13 x 1.4mm LBGA package. ".
Take a look also at the news release from STMicroelectronics, NOR Flash memory on 65nm process, as well as Flash memory modules add security to handsets from Spansion, and Mobile FCRAM speeds to double datarate from Fujitsu Microelectronics Europe.
