Start with the news release Creative Chips uses Galaxy for mixed-signal chip from Synopsys, which we summarised at the time by saying "Synopsys has announced that Creative Chips has taped out its most complex mixed-signal chip to date using the Galaxy Implementation Platform.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release NI data acquisition devices are USB compatible from National Instruments: "National Instruments (NI) has announced its X Series multifunction data acquisition (DAQ) devices for USB, which can be used in a variety of portable test, measurement and data-logging applications.".
 
In August 2010, we covered the news from Corelis - take a look at Corelis launches low-voltage JTAG adapter which says: "Corelis, a provider of high-performance boundary-scan test and measurement tools, has announced the availability of an active low-voltage adapter.".
