‘ieee1149’

An Electronicstalk guide

Start with the news release Goepel offers combined electric and optical tests from Goepel Electronic, which we summarised at the time by saying "Goepel Electronic is offering a hybrid JTAG/Boundary Scan and optical test system.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Bus Access Cable has Bluetooth capability from Goepel Electronic: "Goepel Electronic has released the 9305-BAC/Bluetooth Bus Access Cable (BAC), the latest member of the Boundary Scan hardware platform ScanflexR. ".

In September 2008, we covered the news from Texas Instruments (April 2006-) - take a look at Texas Instruments looks to ratify IEEE 1149.7 which says: "Texas Instruments, a member of the IEEE working group, announced that it is driving the ratification of the IEEE 1149.7 standard.".

Take a look also at the news release from Goepel Electronic, Boundary scan suite adds intelligent programming, as well as System managers support boundary scan from Asset InterTech, and Controller supports embedded instrumentation from Logic Technology.
