An Electronicstalk guide
Start with the news release CPU achieves silicon success with Customsim from Synopsys, which we summarised at the time by saying "Synopsys has announced that Loongson Technology achieved first-pass silicon success on its 65nm, multicore, high-performance Loongson-3 CPU design using Synopsys' Customsim circuit simulator.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Altera RapidIO passes Riolab testing from Altera Europe: "Altera Corporation has announced that its RapidIO Megacore function, version 9.0, successfully passed Riolab's Device Interoperability Level-3 (DIL-3) testing. ".
In November 2008, we covered the news from Cinch Connectors UK - take a look at Cinch launches NX receptacle connectors which says: "Cinch has announced the European release of its NX cable range, which includes PCB SMT receptacle connectors offering 20Gbps per lane performance.".
Take a look also at the news release from HyperTransport Consortium, New spec extends HyperTransport to 3.2GHz, as well as Express IP has all options covered from GDA Technologies, and Tool expands high-speed SoC serdes analysis from Advantest (Europe).
