Start with the news release Kinetis MCUs for complex embedded applications from Freescale Semiconductor, which we summarised at the time by saying "Freescale Semiconductor has launched the Kinetis family of 90nm 32-bit MCUs based on the ARM Cortex-M4 processor for designers of industrial and consumer end-products.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Interface adapter for test and measurement tasks from Keithley Instruments: "Keithley Instruments has introduced the model KUSB-488B USB-to-GPIB interface adapter designed to help test engineers and researchers lower their cost of test, measurement and ownership.".
In June 2010, we covered the news from Advanced Test Equipment Rentals - take a look at Analyser identifies transmission line faults which says: "Advanced Test Equipment Rentals has announced that availability of the Tektronix NetTek YBA250 BTS antenna and transmission line analyser for fast and easy identification of transmission line faults.".
