Embedded systems specialist has been named as a 'Platinum Vendor' for the fourth consecutive year for coming in the top 5% for service-related criteria in a survey of customers

VersaLogic has been named as a 'Platinum Vendor' for the fourth consecutive year by Venture Development Corporation (VDC). VersaLogic is the only embedded vendor to receive the platinum rating in every study period since the inception of the award in 2002. The platinum vendor status is awarded to companies who scored in the top 5% for service-related criteria in customer surveys by VDC researchers.

Among the criteria used for evaluating vendors are product longevity, availability, reliability and customer service.

'It shows that we're doing the kind of things that our OEM customers believe are essential when selecting a board vendor', notes VersaLogic Vice President of Sales, Tom Barnum.

'Robust technical support, outstanding service, high-quality product, and long-term availability'.

'We are very proud of this accomplishment'.

The awards are given as part of VDC's annual 'Global Market Analysis of Merchant Computer Boards for Embedded/Real-time Applications', a research report that focuses on core embedded markets.

The report contains detailed information of interest for companies seeking to invest in the embedded marketplace or selecting product vendors.
