Single board computers based on 1.8GHz Pentium M has integrated Extreme Graphics 2 video, 2Gbyte DDR RAM, flat-panel support, and 10Mbit/s, 100Mbit/s or Gbit/s Ethernet

VersaLogic has announced a new 1.8GHz Pentium M model of its popular 'Cobra' embedded computer. The faster processing capability extends an already long list of product features, including: integrated Extreme Graphics 2 video, up to 2Gbyte DDR RAM, flat-panel support, dual 10/100Mbit/s or dual Gbit/s Ethernet, audio, USB, quad COM ports, digital I/O (32 lines), CompactFlash socket, and more.

VersaLogic's Pentium M board is engineered for all applications where performance and reliability are critical, including aerospace, medical, government, security, transportation, and robotics.

The Cobra Pentium M single board computer is manufactured to high quality and reliability standards and includes safety-critical features such as TVS devices for ESD protection, VCC-sensing reset circuit, and a watchdog timer for hardware-level application control.

The 1.8GHz Cobra (part number EBX-12m) is currently available from stock and includes VersaLogic's exclusive 5-year availability guarantee.

Pricing is under US $1,650 in low OEM quantities.
