Digital head applies uniform coatings

Ultrasonic Systems will demonstrate its Micro-Line digital dispensing head on Stand A4.158 at Productronica in Munich Germany.

Ultrasonic Systems will demonstrate its Micro-Line digital dispensing head on Stand A4.158 at Productronica in Munich Germany. The digital dispensing head combines a high-speed liquid metering valve with a precision nozzle. The Micro-Line applies conformal coatings in precise lines or dots down to 1mm with the liquid flow rate set electronically with the Prism software.

The coating is applied at a distance from 5 to 15mm between the nozzle tip and the substrate.

This technology is much more effective than conventional needle dispensing.
