Permalex metal squeegees are claimed to eliminate the scavenging and scooping seen when printing with rubber squeegees, without damaging the stencil. Rubber squeegees are more flexible and may cause deformation of the solder paste resulting in poor printing. Permalex offers extended life, with some customers reporting over 200,000 cycles.
Permalex squeegees bring save time and money by reducing machine downtime and maintaining high quality paste printing across various product lines and through extended product cycles.
Permalex metal squeegees are infused with a polymer lubricant to prevent stencil wear and damage.
