CD guide to discrete,
power and opto devices
Toshiba Electronics has a new CD selection guide that will make it easier for European engineers to specify discrete, optoelectronic and power semiconductor products for their designs
Toshiba's "Discrete, power and opto semiconductors European selection 2002" is a CD guide split into sections that cover small signal devices, small signal transistors, power devices, ICs, and optoelectronic products. Power devices range from rectifiers to IGBTs, while the general IC section includes logic ICs, switches and regulators.
Optoelectronic components covered by the guide include LEDs and a wide range of photocouplers.
The new CD incorporates a number of selection guide matrices for rapid identification of the most appropriate devices and includes a section detailing the dimensions of all key package types.
