Tenison EDA has named HiTech EDA of Washington, DC, as its representative in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast USA, expanding the company's North American sales channels. Tenison's customers worldwide include ST Microelectronics, Mysticom, Seaway Networks, and GlobespanVirata. They are using VTOC for C++ modelling 10 times faster than the best compiled Verilog that can integrate easily in codevelopment and coverification environments.
This enables system-on-chip companies to perform system verification and software development before silicon comes back from the fab, improving the overall design, reducing silicon respins, and shortening the development schedule.
