TDC has signed its latest franchise agreement with OmniVision Technologies, the world's largest independent supplier of advanced single-chip CMOS camera solutions.

TDC (Telecom Design Communications) has signed its latest franchise agreement with OmniVision Technologies, the world's largest independent supplier of advanced single-chip CMOS camera solutions.

The OmniVision range includes camera sensor devices, and modules with integrated lenses.

They are available in composite or parallel versions, colour and monochrome and in resolutions from CIF through to 3.1Mpixel.

OmniVision is already very successful in products such as automotive electronics and mobile telephones, TDC is looking to increase the usage of such imaging devices across many more applications including digital video/photography, security and surveillance, automotive and mobile imaging.
