The Motic Moticam 480 camera does away with expensive microscope video upgrades. The Moticam 480 lets users view images direct from a microscope onto either a PC (digital output) or TV monitor (analogue) - or better still both at the same time. The camera attaches quickly onto the eyepiece of the microscope by means of various sized adapters.
The Moticam 480 analogue output provides 480 TV lines of resolution giving crisp and clear representations of the microscope image.
The digital output used via a PC (USB port) lets users capture images in BMP and JPEG formats and even AVI video files.
The Images 2000 software supplied with the Moticam 480 camera will help users to integrate images into laboratory reports etc.
Measurements and many other tasks can also be carried out within the software.
