Turntable provides the operator with complete hands-free viewing, allowing plenty of distance from the microscope to carry out any rework that might be required.

The PSP/Motic inspection system provides the user with superb optical and video 3D capabilities, combined with a fully adjustable stand, which ensures that the operator always has a comfortable ergonomic operating position.

The image of the item under inspection can either be viewed directly through the microscope or displayed on a 17in LCD monitor.

Alternatively, the system can incorporate a 3Mpixel USB2 camera and software for image capture and measurement an a standard PC.

The system features a 400mm granite turntable, complete with ESD-safe layer, and allows the operator to turn and tilt the object under inspection to eliminate glare and provide the best possible viewing angle.

The turntable can also be positioned to view down via holes in PCBs.

A bright white (daylight) LED light with diffuser provides ample illumination.

The PSP/Motic is also an ideal system for providing training and viewing for a number of operators when using the video system.

The large working distance provided together with the depth of the available working area means that large objects and PCBs can be viewed with ease.
